Zona muy tranquila al lado de la autovía, muy buena conexión. Tiene consergeria y seguridad todo el día y toda noche . Si deseas tener parking, dínoslo. Muy buena zona con un centro comercial enfrente. Cuando reserves, contáctanos. Si llegada la fecha este piso no está disponible, tenemos otros pisos en la misma zona y mismo complejo, y también con formato loft de dos plantas súper bonitos, por lo que si este no está disponible se te asignará otro. Dúplex nuevo, luminoso, amueblado, en zona tranquila de Valencia, a 10 minutos en coche del Centro Valencia, y cerca de la V30. Compuesto de dos plantas, arriba una habitación con baño y un vestidor, bajo un gran salón comedor con cocina equipada y un aseo. Un balcón de unos 6 metros cuadrados aprox. Dispone de plaza de parking privado si se desea, de acceso directo del garaje. Preparado para entrar. Vivienda nueva.

New, bright, furnished duplex in a quiet area of Valencia, 10 minutes drive from Valencia Center, and close to the V30. Composed of two floors, upstairs a room with a bathroom and a dressing room, under a large living room with an equipped kitchen and a toilet. A balcony of about 6 square meters approx. It has a private parking space if desired, with direct access from the garage. Ready to enter. New housing.

What we liked the most

  • Never worrying about hitting your head on the ceiling — high ceilings mean lots of open space. What's the opposite of claustrophobic?
  • Soaking up the sun on the balcony — work on your tan in style.
  • Trying out the local restaurants — take a quick stroll, there are plenty to choose from.
