Hay varias posibilidades de alquiler en las dos habitaciones: La vivienda tiene 3 habitaciones, se alquilan 2 habitaciones, las 2 habitaciones con 2 camas y las identificamos como habitación 1 y habitación 2. POSIBILIDADES DE ALQUILER. OPCION 1° Pueden alquilar la habitación 1, así como la habitación 2, de forma individual y exclusiva solo una persona (que duerme una sola persona en la habitación), por 450€ mes. OPCION 2° Se pueden alquilar sea la habitación 1, que la 2 por cama, quiere decir: (si son dos compañeros/as, pueden alquilar y compartir una de las dos habitaciones con 2 camas y dormir en la misma habitación por 375€ mes cada uno), por un total de 750€ mes entre los dos ocupantes de la habitación. El precio del alquiler incluye: luz, agua, gas, wifi, limpieza semanal y uso parcial de la cocina y nevera, microondas. Hay un baño completo y exclusivo para las dos habitaciones.
