Rooms with double beds for rent in a spacious and luminous 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in L'Eixample. One of the best features of this 100m2 apartment is its fantastic kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances and amenities - perfect for spending time with your new flatmates. All rooms are comfortable, ideal for students.
The apartment is just a short walk from Valencia Park and The Science Museum. You will have easy access to plenty of bus stations, allowing easy commute to Valencia University. The surrounding area features restaurants, shops, bars and cafes, and Valencia's main square, Plaza de Toros, can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot.
What we liked the most
- You can easily reach Valencia's park in just 5 minutes on foot.
- The Science Museum is a 10-minute walk away.
- All rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds.
- We love the spacious kitchen, featuring plenty of storage space, a blackboard, and a dining table.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
