This flat of 125sqm has 3 bedrooms and a private terrace on the corner of Calle Burriana and Calle Joaquin Costa with an outstanding view of the neighborhood. It has an open kitchen on the living area and the whole flat is decorated mainly with Italian and Dutch furnitures. The floor is the original Spanish floor called "mosaico hidraulico valenciano" and the ceiling still has the original moldings.

The flat is located in the centric area of Ensanche, the "old money" area. A few hundreds meters from the Park Turia where you can practice sport and bike, attached to Mercado Colon, Conde Altea and Ruzafa where Spanish and international food is available, 10 minutes walking distance from the old town Carmen and the Colon metro station, 5 minutes cab from the beach of Malvarrosa. The building is a quiet one, no parties are allowed in order to respect the neighbours.
