Welcome to our company of temporary rental of rooms and / or complete apartments in Valencia!
With over 5 years of experience in the market, we have excelled in providing quality service and exceptional customer care.
We strive to offer our clients a unique and comfortable accommodation experience. Therefore, we make sure that our properties are located in the most central and convenient areas of the city and have all the necessary amenities to make our clients feel at home.
In addition, to ensure a comfortable stay, we provide bed linens and towel sets. We also use an automated management system, which allows us to provide an efficient and seamless service.
Our main focus is our guests and their comfort. We are always available to help with anything they need and are committed to providing personalized, quality service.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Registration is not allowed
Expenses (water, WIFI and gas) are included up to a spending limit of 80€. Electricity and any excess of bills up to 80€ will be divided equally between the tenants.
Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleanings are divided among the tenants of the apartment.
(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 20€, this is divided between the number of tenants).
BILLS MANAGEMENT COST: 0,90€ for each bill managed by the owner (water, electricity, wifi and gas).
CHECKIN HOURS : Mon - Fri 10:30am - 18:00pm
We do NOT do checkins on weekends, in the case of needing it will have an extra cost of 50€ and is subject to staff availability.

The daily maintenance of the properties will be paid by the tenants (equally, the total is divided equally among all).
Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
