This renovated 3-bedroom apartment in Poblats Maritims, close to Valencia's Malvarrosa Beach, is for rent. The apartment features parquet floors and an open living and kitchen area. The large, fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, oven, washing machine, and small appliances, as well as a stylish breakfast bar. There is one bathroom with a stall shower, and all of the bedrooms are bright and comfortably furnished.

Enjoy jogging along the beach's promenade, or having paella in one of the many beach bars. This area also features more practical amenities, like a supermarket down the street, the Universitat Politécnica de Valencia 10 minutes away, and several public transport options.

What we liked the most
