More than an apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy house. You will find 2 bathrooms on each floor, with some having the shower separated from the toilet for a better convenience in the morning. Three fully-equipped kitchens, all of them with an oven, dishwasher and all the appliances. Underground, two study rooms for 6 people each, a laundry room and a big living room. As an extra, a 150 sqm private garden!
San Salvario district is one of the trendiest ones in the city and it's easy to imagine why. You will find a myriad of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and small libraries all awaiting you. A park is just nearby while if you need to catch a train you can do so just by 15 mins of walking. Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12.
*Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
