Due appartamenti situati nello stesso stabile nel quartiere più universitario di Torino. Via Sineo, sul lungoPo Macchiavelli. L'ambiente è molto internazionale, si parla l'inglese quanto se non di più dell'italiano, abbiamo anche una home gym molto carina e accesso al cortile per biciclette e motorini. C'è anche un posto auto per una macchina ma a pagamento. Crediamo molto nel karma e nelle buone intenzioni, cerchiamo di attirare solo persone belle, buone e interessanti.

Shared rooms and single rooms are available to rent in trendy Vanchiglia, not far from the Università degli Studi. The property has a cool, artsy style, and is pet-friendly and smoking friendly. The spacious kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a big dining table with a small TV. To the back of the kitchen, you'll also find a small terrace.
The rooms are all sunny and well-furnished, each with plenty of storage space for all your things. The bathroom is small but practical, with a sizable shower and a small storage cabinet.
Vanchiglia is 1 of Turin's most trendy, lively neighborhoods. Located near the Università degli Studi, Vanchiglia is full of student life—and all the fun restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops that go along with it! You'll also be a short walk from Turin's city center, with the Mole Antonelliana just a 15-minute walk from the property.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Università degli Studi di Torino.
- Vanchiglia is a fun, lively neighborhood.
- All the rooms have lots of storage and shelving space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped—there's even a dishwasher, which can be a rare find in Turin!
- Pets and smoking are both allowed in the house.
