Located in a very well-served area, it is also ideal for those who want to be well connected to the center of Trento, reachable in a few minutes both on foot and by public transport. The very beautiful and well-kept apartment is located on the second floor of a building in via Brennero and consists of a designer kitchen with balcony, equipped with all comforts: fridge, hob, oven and dishwasher, three lovely single rooms furnished in every detail and a very beautiful bathroom.

The queen-size bed is equipped with a slatted base and an orthopedic mattress, ensuring optimal rest every night. The desk, with a 135 cm x 60 cm top, offers ample space for working or studying, and the additional shelf allows you to better organize your materials. The PEDRALI chair, with a polypropylene shell and metal legs, offers all the comfort needed during long hours of study. - Bills are estimated on previous tenants consumptions, 10% deviation from previous consumption is included, in case of deviation bigger than 10% the landlord can ask a compensation
- Booking and Check In procedure
- As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
- Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):
- Payment with Spotahome
- Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
- Balance payment due before key delivery
- You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
- In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment
- The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract
- The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
- Check-in/out:
- Check-in hours: 9.00 – 18.00 (from Monday to Friday)
