There are rooms and beds for rent in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Circonvallazione Nomentana in Tiburtina. This apartment has a generous 100 m² footprint, as well as a kitchen with all the essentials.
This apartment is only a half hour walk from the Sapienza University of Rome. There is also a supermarket just across the road from the apartment. There are several shops and restaurants in the nearby Tiburtina station.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathrooms are modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- This apartment is within a half hour walk of the Ciitro Monumentale Verano.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- This apartment backs onto train tracks, so there may be some noise from this.
