Are you tired of old shabby Roman apartments? We offer rooms for rent in shared fully furnished apartment, recently renovated, consisting of four single rooms and a shared room. It is located in a truly quiet area with a concierge during the day. The bills are all included: electricity, gas, condominio, tari, water, wifi, and the cleaning of the common areas once per week. The kitchen is totaly new, equipped with alla appliances: induction hob, hoven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. Rooms also include a set of sheets, towels, pillow and duvet.
