L'appartamento ha una continua manutenzione assicurata dal proprietario che vive nello stesso edificio ad un piano differente. Da poco (Giugno duemilaventiquattro) sono stati sostituiti i sanitari, e la lavatrice ormai vecchia.
Proprietario sempre disponibile a risolvere in tempi brevi qualsiasi tipo di problema o anomalia venga riscontrata.
La zona è molto ben servita da metropolitana Linea B e autobus che vanno verso il centro di Roma.

Rooms are available to rent to women only in Tiburtina, Rome. The property is bright, and it is very well-decorated. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a stove, an oven, a large fridge, a small freezer, a microwave, and a table with chairs. There are 2 clean and spacious bathrooms in the apartment, and 1 of the bathrooms has a nice bathtub in it.
Tiburtina is a lovely residential neighborhood to the northeast of the city center. Well-connected to the rest of Rome by public transportation, Tiburtina is full of excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Known for its lively weekend parties, Tiburtina is the ideal place for anyone who wants to enjoy local life in the Eternal City. Come see for yourself!

- The apartment has lots of storage space in it.
- There are lovely wood floors throughout the property.
- The apartment has 2 bathrooms, which is ideal for shared living.
- The property is on the ground floor, but the building is lifted up and tenants have the impression of being on a higher floor.
- The kitchen has modern furnishings.
