Located in one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Rome (Tor Pignattara), this apartment is rentable entirely or just one room. Recently renewed, it has an open space kitchen and a big balcony.
The room is in a shared apartment with the landlady, which is always travelling so the apartment is going to be empty most of the time!
The bedroom room has a Smart Tv.
Very bright even if it's an interior, and for this reason, it's also very calm and quiet.
Next to two beautiful parks: "Parco Sangalli" and "Villa de Santis", where in the second one, there is a very furnished sports center, perfect for fit lovers!
It is also very close to the Pigneto neighbourhood, an authentic roman experience. Next to this property, it's located the famous "Osteria Bonelli", a very well known restaurant to let you fall in love completely with the roman cuisine!
