Rooms are available to rent in a spacious 5-bedroom apartment complete with balcony and AC in Bologna, in the highly desirable Trieste and Nomentano area of Rome. The apartment is bright and spacious with stylish, modern furnishings and a balcony that is ideal for enjoying the sun or drying clothes.
Trieste and Nomentano is a mainly residential area of Rome, a relaxed and safe district with plenty of parks and piazzas where you can sit and relax, have a picnic or sunbathe. The area is also home to one of the largest shopping centres in Rome.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a fantastic addition to the apartment, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the comfort of the apartment.
- The stylish open-plan kitchen and living-room is sociable and spacious.
- AC is a necessity in the city's high summer temperatures.
- With 2 separate bathrooms, you will not be kept waiting in the mornings.
- The area of Trieste and Nomentano is perfect for those who desire some peace and quiet but also plenty of local activity.
Things to keep in mind
- The balcony is only accessible from one of the bedrooms – all the more reason to make friends with your flatmates.
