HOUSE RULES and RECOMMENDATIONS
At the entrance of the house it would be preferable to remove your shoes in compliance with hygiene rules and in order not to damage the parquet which is very delicate. There are courtesy slippers in the hallway;
close all windows and when leaving the accommodation;
do not store and consume food in the bedroom;
turn off energy sources (air conditioner and lights) when leaving the house, please make diligent use of electricity in compliance with EU recommendations on the environment and energy saving;
do not leave water deposits on the tops of the bathroom and kitchen sinks, after use check for water deposits between the sinks and the top, in case of water on the parquet dry without delay;
Rinse the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher to avoid creating food deposits in the dishwasher
hanging clothes at home is allowed as long as they are well centrifuged to avoid water deposits on the parquet;
not to exceed the number of people allowed;
use the kitchen stove carefully and close the gas valve when you are finished with use;
do not make noise during sleeping hours and do not disturb the neighbors;
advise in case of any damage or accidents to the property;
take care of the house and furnishings and diligently prevent any causes of potential damage;
no party;
the goal is to provide a high quality service, so I recommend that you treat the house as if it were your own.
