This lovely 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located on the top floor of a building in Torrino. The door opens up onto a sun-filled open-plan kitchen and living room that opens up onto a huge terrace. The living room area has 2 comfy couches and a dining table, and the kitchen comes fully equipped. Both bedrooms have exterior views and have an en-suite bathroom.
Torrino is a residential district about 1 hour outside of Rome City Center. But you are located right next to the commercial district, EUR. On Via Ildebrando Vivanti, you are on a quiet residential street. You are well-connected by bus but have small neighborhood shops within walking distance. For more shopping options, you are about 20 minutes to the Euroma2 Shopping Center.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge 2 terrace with walls that give you added privacy.
- Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom.
- The apartment receives plenty of natural light.
- You are well-connected by bus.
