Il loft è costituito da un ampio ambiente unico di circa 90 mq, area armadio e postazione lavoro oltre a spazi condivisi (lavanderia, ripostiglio, area fitness).
Il contesto esclusivo è inserito in un’area cittadina molto verde, nel quartiere aurelio; con un solo autobus si può arrivare a San Pietro (5 km); la metro A è raggiungibile con un autobus (circa 3 km); Trastevere è a circa 4 km; il centro si può raggiungere con un solo mezzo (bus 881), come anche san Giovanni o Ostiense (792).
Il mare è ad un passo (Fregene a circa 20 km), in un quarto d’ora si arriva all’aeroporto di Fiumicino.
