We would like to offer you this private furnished room on “Andel” with excellent public availability like Metro B station, bus and tram. This room in the city center for rent is located on the first floor with windows looking into the one-way street. The room has a double bed, work table and extra spacious closet. Also modern kitchen has built-in appliances as washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven. All kitchen appliances are available.
Price includes EVERYTHING. A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. If your stay is less than three months, then a deposit is half of the monthly rent.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
