In this solution, it shares only one kitchen (fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, extractor fan, and four large refrigerators) and a common living area/TV room, with up to 7 people maximum (only accessible to residents of the same cluster). The building also includes gym access, laundry area, terrace, pool access, cinema area and several study and common rooms.
