This studio apartment on Rue de Clichy, in the 9th arrondissement, is 19 m² and comes fully furnished. The cosy property has a main room with a double loft bed, sofa, and a basic but functional kitchen. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The apartment is located in a very well-connected area, close to trains and the Metro. This lively neighbourhood has plenty to explore, including shops, cafes, restaurants and theatres. You can walk to Place de la Concorde and the Seine River in 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen can be hidden behind some wooden doors when not in use.
- There are 2 windows that let in natural light.
- You will find banks, a gym, grocery stores and all the essential amenities nearby.
- The iconic Sacré-Cœur is a 20-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator.
- There is no washing machine or television in the apartment.
