Located at the gates of Paris in Ivry sur Seine, this large 280m² house is ideally located a few steps from the 13th arrondissement of Paris and close to all amenities. The house is composed of 11 rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a gym, a laundry room, three shower rooms with toilets and two separate toilets spread over three floors and a basement. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. The living room has two sofas, a large dining table with chairs, storage space and a large television. The basement is divided into two areas: a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers and a gym with a weight bench, two bikes and a rowing machine. Each room is eligible for APL under CAF conditions.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
