There are rooms to rent in this 2-bedroom house on Rue Richelieu, in the neighbourhood of Gennevilliers. The 50 m² property has 1 bathroom, a modern open plan kitchen and living area, as well as a lovely garden to enjoy on your days off. The landlord and his partner occupy one of the bedrooms, but they are frequently away and rent out the room.
The house is located in a tranquil residential area, right next to a school and close to shops, a large supermarket and all the essential amenities. There are also several small parks nearby, and you can walk to a movie theatre.
