It is ready-to-live in and offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, frying pans, pots, dishes, kettle, utensils, microwave… As well as washing machine, tancarville, iron, ironing board. Everything you need for cleaning is on site in this shared accommodation: broom, brush, vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop… This furnished shared accommodation includes all charges: water, home insurance, condominium fees, garbage tax, unlimited wifi, electricity.

Documents required
Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
If you are a professional, you need to provide:
- ID or Passport
- Proof of income (3x higher than the rent and charges)
- Residence permit (signed employment contract or offer letter from your future employer should work too).
If you are a student, you need the same documents from your guarantor.

Landlord policies
IMPORTANT: After your booking is confirmed, you will need to pay the admin fee on the company website. Once this is done, the room is definitely booked for you. Then you will be able to connect to a personal account where you will need to upload your ID (front and back) or your passport. You'll be asked to pay the deposit before being able to sign the contract.
This landlord requires a 24 hours notice (from the moment you receive your lease contract) in order to organize your check-in (e.g. if you book a room on March 1st, you can check-in on March 2nd, if all the steps are completed and the contract is signed_)_

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
