Spotahome's opinion

This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator and has great views across the rooftops of Paris. The modern property has polished concrete flooring, with a living room with two wide and deep cupboards, a sofa that can be converted into a bed, and TV. There are large windows which let in a lot of light. The kitchen is open-plan with 4 high chairs around the breakfast bar. The bedroom is simple, separated by curtains rather than a door and has a pull out double bed, that can be hidden away to create more space.

This charming apartment is right next to Saint-Louis Hospital and a few minutes walk to Buttes Chaumont Park, one of the largest green spaces in Paris. The area is trendy and full of restaurants and bars. There's also a supermarket, Carrefour Bio Paris Grange aux Belles, across the road. You will be living near the romantic Canal-Saint-Martin.

What we liked the most

  • Carrefour supermarket is across the street from the apartment.
  • This apartment gets a lot of natural light from the large windows.
  • The kitchen is super modern and hip with a breakfast bar.
  • The apartment has access to a balcony with great views.

Things to keep in mind
