This 1-bedroom apartment has a large living room with two big windows overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. In the living room, there is a convertible sofa bed for 2 and a TV. The kitchen is open and fully equipped, with a stove, a microwave, a sink, a washing machine, and various small appliances and utensils. The kitchen also has a large counter with stools for enjoying meals. The modern bathroom has an Italian-style shower, a sink and a WC. The bedroom looks out onto the courtyard, and is equipped with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. You can find an extra wardrobe in the corridor.
The apartment is located in a very lively area, surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. MONOPRIX supermarket is on the same street and open till late. If you need a few pick me up cocktails, there is a bar, Shake N'Smash, across the road.

- The apartment is super nice and in a really trendy area.
- The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard, making it quiet.
- Love the space in the kitchen and there's plenty of storage space.
