This property is very spacious and bright, with large rooms, high ceilings, wooden floors, and decorative fireplaces. The apartment has a very large living room, which is next to the fully furnished kitchen.
The apartment is on Rue Louis Castel in Asnières-sur-Seine, an area located to the north-west of Paris's city centre. Despite not being in central Paris, you will find all you need nearby including pharmacies, shops and cafes. There is even a municipal theatre nearby. To reach other parts of the city, you can catch the metro at Gabriel Péri metro station which is 8 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has just been renovated, but retains its original charm with wooden floors and decorative fireplaces.
- The interior of the property is very bright and spacious, with large windows and high ceilings.
- Gabriel Péri metro station is 8 minutes away.
- The local area is peaceful, but you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator.
- There is no washing machine, but there is space for a small one in the bathroom.
- As you can see in the video, there is still some renovation work to be done. The landlord is taking care of this and it should be completed when you move in.
