L'appartamento si trova vicino alla Stazione Centrale e alle principali linee della metropolitana. Il Centro Storico della città è facilmente raggiungibile. Il palazzo è in ottimo stato e ben abitato. E' presente il sevizio di portineria. Alla sottoscrizione del contratto bisognerà pagare le imposte di legge (due% del canone complessivo) e i costi di registrazione pari a cinquanta euro.
