Completely renovated apartment located in a building with concierge service and in an area full of services, bank, pharmacy, dry cleaners, bar, supermarket and one of the best pastry shops in Milan. The apartment consists of 3 bright single bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom, an eat-in kitchen ideal for lunches and dinners with friends, a lovely balcony and a second bathroom for common use by all the tenants. The estimated expenses refer to a virtuous consumption profile.

Landlord policies

  • Rent and bills you find in the ad refers to 12 months stay
    • The landlord applies a 30% increase on the total amount of rent and bills for shorter stays
  • Other costs:
    • Admin fee (to pay at check-in): 399€ which includes: contract registration, cleaning on exit, closing contract (for rooms)
    • Admin fee (to pay at check-in): 600€ which includes: contract registration, cleaning on exit, closing contract (for entire flats)
    • All bills (electricity, heating, water, waste tax, painting fund, internet if specified, building fees, SOS handyman) are included in the bill fee that you find in the ad
    • Bills are estimated on previous tenants consumptions, 10% deviation from previous consumption is included, in case of deviation bigger than 10% the landlord can ask a compensation
  • Booking and Check In procedure
    • As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
    • Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):
      • Payment with Spotahome
      • Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
      • Balance payment due before key delivery
    • You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
    • In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment
    • The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract
    • The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-in hours: 9.00 – 18.00 (from Monday to Friday)
    • Check-out hours: 9.00 – 18.00 (from Monday to Friday)
    • Out of hours check-in: 100€
    • Check-out cleaning fee: included in entrance fee
  • Overnight guests permitted: yes but only with previous permission of other guests and no more than 2 nights a month

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
