2 spacious bedrooms are available to rent in a shared apartment with a balcony in Lodi, Milan. The apartment is bright, and it has a lovely balcony. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a large fridge, a stove, a microwave, a washing machine, and a table with chairs. The bathroom is sizeable, and it has a big bathtub in it.

Lodi is a quiet residential neighborhood just to the southeast of the center of Milan. Tranquil and full of plenty of shops, pizzerias, and cafes, Lodi is well-connected to Milan city center by metro and other forms of public transportation.

  • Furnishings and Documentation: We meticulously maintain our furnishings and appliances for your comfort. Upon arrival, please provide a copy of your identification card and tax identification number (codice fiscale) for our records.
  • Keys and Payment: Keys are handed over upon payment or after a cash deposit is made during check-in.
  • Agreement: You'll sign a private agreement upon arrival, confirming your acceptance of the apartment's condition.
  • Personal Items: While we supply kitchen essentials, personal items like blankets and sheets are not provided. Please consider bringing a waterproof sheet for the mattress to avoid stains.
  • Booking Terms: Your reservation dates are fixed, and changes are not permitted upon arrival. In case of premature departure, you are responsible for the full booked period.
  • House Rules: Smoking indoors is prohibited, and noise levels should be kept low to respect our neighbors.
  • Heating Regulations: Our heating system operates within specific limits set by Italian law. The temperature should be maintained at 19 degrees Celsius, with a tolerance of +/- 2 degrees.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Upon arrival, we'll inspect the apartment together. Please maintain cleanliness and order throughout your stay. Upon departure, ensure the apartment is left in its original condition.
  • Internet: We do not provide WiFi. Guests are advised to use personal hotspots.
  • Common Areas: Keep common areas clear of personal belongings and avoid damaging walls or furniture.
  • Maintenance: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
  • Communication: Contact us during weekdays for inquiries.
  • Single Occupancy Policy: The rooms are for single occupancy only, and we cannot accommodate families, relatives, or friends, under penalty of agreement termination.
