Prestigious and safe residential area in the city centre and close to Bocconi, 10 minutes walking from Bocconi, 5 minutes from the metro 3 yellow line Missori, 15 minutes walk from Duomo. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. The location is very good connected by public transports and you can easily reach any side of the city.

Very large and comfortable apartment, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, in the city centre and near Bocconi. It’s on the mezzanine floor of an amazing old style prestigious building in perfect conditions, with doorman service. Entering in the apartment you feel like in a meeting room! In facts the apartment was an office 😉 A large table with leather chairs and some closets. You get immediately impressed by the high ceiling and airy spaces. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a sofa, the TV, a closet and a chest of drawers. Another bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, the TV and a large wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a huge wardrobe. All the bedrooms are very bright and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric plates, microwave oven and a refrigerator with a small freezer. The bathroom has the shower, the washing machine and the window. High speed internet connection. It’s the perfect solution for 3-4 students who want to share a very large apartment, in a great location!

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
