- Being in waiting to take possession of a property purchased or assigned by a public body;
- Have a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary job or study transfer or project (like university enrollment, Erasmus program or a class in a language school);
- Being in a process of caring and / or assistance to oneself or to one's family members, in a place other than that of residence of these subjects;
- Renovation work needs to be done on your home, making it temporarily unusable.
