Apartment in Milan

The apartment is a quiet and bright one-bedroom located on the basement level of a 1950s building in good condition. There are two ways to access the apartment: from the first entrance of the building’s courtyard, you descend a staircase, and on the right, you enter the apartment where there is a corridor with three steps leading to the spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa, television, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, electric oven, and fridge-freezer. The living room windows overlook the private communal courtyard.

A modern sliding tempered glass door separates the bedroom from the living room. In the bedroom, there is a double bed with storage underneath and a large wardrobe above the bed. Here too, there is a window overlooking the sidewalk. From the entrance corridor, you access the modern bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious shower, bidet, and a small window.

The apartment can also be accessed through the main entrance of the building from via Carcano, with a first staircase leading up to the raised ground floor and then descending with two more flights of stairs to the basement where there are other apartments as well.
