This beautiful and modern 120-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of an elegant ’70 building in Milan, near the city centre. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living area with an open concept layout that includes a living room and a kitchen with a sofa and a television. The living room features a large custom-built wardrobe. Additionally, the living room opens up to a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer. Moving through the hallway, you’ll find access to two of the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is adjacent to the hall. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk (arriving soon). One of the bathrooms is equipped with both a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, autonomous heating, high-speed internet, and it underwent renovations just three years ago. The building also offers a concierge service for added convenience.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
