This beautiful apartment of about 50 square meters is located on a newly built seventh floor, which was entirely built in 2017. Only the seventh floor is in energy class A. The apartment was furnished with high quality and custom-made finishes in * and is characterized by the presence of exposed beams, a false ceiling with spotlights, electric shutters that act as Venetian blinds, double glazing and an underfloor cooling system in all environments. The apartment opens onto the living area which includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen which also includes a microwave oven and a dishwasher, a table for four, a two-seater sofa, a TV area, a utility room where the washing machine is located . The living area leads to a small terrace which includes two chairs and a pouf. The sleeping area includes a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom which includes a walk-in closet. The flooring is in wood-effect parquet in all rooms.
What we liked the most
The apartment is located in the famous Navigli area, a stone's throw from the Naviglio Grande and Ripa di Porta Ticinese, a lively area with several restaurants and bars. A large supermarket is located 250 meters away in Via Cassala. The property is very well connected with the southern ring road, towards Genoa.
