💡 Important Notes Proof of financial solvency is required before signing the rental agreement. The apartment has specific rules to guarantee harmonious coexistence between all tenants. Hosting family or friends for no more than 3 days requires prior approval from the owner and a small additional fee applies. Utilities are included up to a set limit and the excess is shared among tenants. Monthly rent includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet) with capped consumption for electricity (€40) and water (€30), shared if exceeded.

If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
