It has a 1,50cm bed, two double wardrobes with drawers, a sofa-bed, a TV cabinet, a round table with two chairs. The bathroom is spacious and has a rectangular shower and the kitchen has an oven, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and ceramic hob. AIR CONDITIONING. Lots of NATURAL LIGHT. The neighbourhood has a multitude of shops and a varied gastronomic offer. Very well communicated to 5' from the metro (L1 and L2), 10' from AZCA and Nuevos Ministerios (L8,6,10 and Renfe) and a quick connection to the airport and the city centre.
