This beautiful studio apartment for rent is located on Corredera Baja de San Pablo, in one of Madrid's most wanted and most lively districts, Malasaña. The fully furnished apartment consists of a well equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a spacious living area with a small balcony and a very comfortable sleeping area. This exterior apartment is absolutely perfect for couples or anyone wishing to stay close to the city centre. All utility bills are included in the rental price, so you won't have to stress about paying anything extra. The surrounding area (and the street itself!) is extremely lively, full of bars, restaurants and as a bonus point, the shopping street Gran Via is just a short walk away. The area of the apartment is 40m2

What we liked the most

  • The flat has an exterior-facing balcony that looks out to Corredera Baja de San Pablo. Great for people-watching!
  • Speaking of the street, Corredera Baja de San Pablo is one of the most fun places to go out for drinks or just have a coffee in one of the many quaint cafes!
  • This apartment features a very much wanted and needed air conditioning unit, perfect for those hot Madrid summer days - and trust us, it does get hot here.
  • The bedroom is located in the loft area which can be accessed via stairs. This layout creates more space for the living room area.
  • All bills are included in the rental price, so the tenant won't have to worry about paying any extra bills.
  • The apartment is located in one of the most popular district in Madrid, Malasaña. You'll be surrounded by city buzz, interesting people, delicious food and happy hour cocktails.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment also features air conditioning and is perfect for those staying over during summer.
  • The street is very popular with locals, so you may get street noise.
