This flat is located in Lavapies area, just 1 min from Lavapies Tube Station and 5 min from two more two tube stations: Antón Martin Metro and Estación del Arte Metro. Lavapiés is a multicultural melting pot closed to main national art museums. It´s also a distance walk from Sol (about 10 min). For students you have two beautiful libraries: the Reina Sofia Museum´S library and UNED´s Library. A Carrefur 24/7 supermarket just around the corner of the flat and plenty of theatres.
The flat is a compact well designed and cosy studio flat with all the main utilities including air conditioner and TV sets. Two double bed (one a sofa).
