Luminoso estudio/apartamento en la penúltima planta del edificio. Orientación este. Tiene cuarto de baño con bañera/ducha y lavadora incluida, y aire acondicionado. Cocina americana con placa de dos fuergos y micrcroondas. Cama doble y sofá cama.
El edificio tiene recepción y conserjes abierta todos los dias de la semana. El precio no incluye gastos de electricidad ni wifi que se paga en recepción. El resto de gastos incluidos.
Ubicación inmejorable enfrente de la biblioteca nacional y al lado de la calle serrano, la puerta de Alcalá y el parque del retiro. Bien conectado con trenes de cercanías, metro y autobuses a solo unos metros de la puerta del edificio.
