A sunny studio apartment with a loft bedroom is available to rent near the Metro in Puerta del Ángel. The property has a spacious living room, where you can relax on the cozy sofa and watch TV, or enjoy a delicious meal at the small dining table. The kitchen has all the basics, including a microwave, a 2-burner stove, a large fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. Upstairs in the bedroom, you'll find a comfy double bed and a standalone wardrobe. The bathroom is small but practical, with a sizable shower and lovely tiling.
You'll be living in Puerta del Ángel, a well-connected neighborhood on the Manzanares River to the west of the Madrid city center. Here, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to try. And, for anything you can't find around home, the nearby Metro will take you right into Madrid's exciting city center!

If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

Check-in: Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment. Admin fee + Deposit + first month bills (when not included) must be paid at check in.
Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:
- Room shared: between €75 and €120 + VAT
- Studios: between €90 and €120 + VAT

Cleaning fee in shared rooms: 60€/month will be charged for the cleaning of thee common areas.
