The flat is located in a stately building with a doorman in one of the safest and most affluent areas of Madrid; BARRIO SALAMANCA.
The area is very lively and offers many shops, cafes and restaurants. One minute walk from the LISTA metro station, five minutes from the shopping streets Goya and Alcalá, next to El Corte Inglés and the Wizink; and the metro stop Línea roja, several buses to the centre, and the Retiro park.
The rooms have double bed, wardrobes, desk and the necessary furniture for a pleasant stay.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
