Este piso es ideal para trabajadores y estudiantes que desean experimentar la vida en Madrid con todas las comodidades que ofrece el centro, pudiendo llegar rápidamente a la plaza Sol. Es un piso acogedor en una zona con muchas tiendas y bares para pasar el rato.

Está ubicado en Calle Dos de Mayo, que está ubicado en el corazón de Malasaña, uno de los barrios mas modernos y vibrantes de la ciudad, se encuentra entre Chueca y el Centro. Está además muy bien comunicado con los medios de transporte, como buses y metro. Podrás acercarte al centro cada vez que quieras, ya que puedes ir caminando.

El apartamento se encuentra en un 3er piso. Tiene 9 habitaciones, 2 baños, una cocina compartida equipada con dos neveras y todos los enseres necesarios.

Sus habitaciones son cómodas y puedes elegir entre cama doble o individual dependiendo de la habitación que elijas, todas las habitaciones cuentan con calefacción y escritorio además de espacio de almacenaje.

Tanto en la cocina, la sala y los baños como en las habitaciones hay bastante espacio de almacenaje para todos tus efectos personales y las habitaciones cuentan con cerradura para tu seguridad.

Tienes medios de transporte cerca metro y bus a 2 minutos de distancia caminando, también puedes llegar a Puerta de Sol en 15 minutos caminando, estos son los medios de transporte más cercanos: - Metro: Tribunal. - Bus: 002 - N9 (Nocturno o Búho que sale desde Cibeles, en el centro y te deja a dos minutos del apartamento)

Para poder entrar necesitas: - Proveer alguna identificación (ya sea Pasaporte, DNI, NIE, etc) - Se requiere un mes de fianza como Depósito de seguridad. - Medio mes de gastos administrativos

This flat is Ideal for workers and students that want to experience life in Madrid with all the comfort that this city provides right on the center of the city, you can get to Sol easily walking. Is a comfortable apartment with lots of shops and bars to hang out.

It’s located on Calle Calle Dos de Mayo, right in the heart of Malasaña, one of the most modern neighborhoods of the city, it is located right between Chueca and the center.It is also well connected with transportation.

The apartment is on a 3rd floor. It has 9 rooms, 2 bathroom, a shared full equipped kitchen and 2 fridges.

The rooms are very comfies and you can choose between double and single beds. All the rooms have a heating system, desk and plenty of storage.

Both, the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and rooms, are full storage capacity for all your personal belongings and all the rooms have locks for your security.

The bedrooms dont include: - Laptops - Linens - Towels

The flat have all transportation media within 2 minute walk and you can also get to Puerta del Sol in a 15 minute walk, this are the closest transportation: - Metro: Tribunal. - Bus: 002 - N9 (Nocturno o Búho it departures from Cibeles,on the center of the city and leaves you at 2 minutes walk from the flat)

To be able to enter on the flat this is what you will need: - Provide us with some ID (it could be an ID from the european community, Passport, DNI, NIE, etc) - It is required a month of payment as a security deposit. - Half a month payment as administrative expenses.

We speak English and Spanish for more comfort of communication.
