There are rooms for rent in this gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment with live-in landlord on Calle Hortaleza in Chueca. It is a very spacious apartment and the living room has sofas and a large TV. Down the hall is a large kitchen which has a large dining table. The bathroom is spacious with a toilet and shower.

This amazing apartment is located in one of the most central areas of Madrid: Chueca. It's very enjoyable and social with the various restaurants and bars in the area. It is only a short walk to other well-known areas in Madrid as well.

  • Important: Bedroom 2 has changed since our runner's last visit (there is a double bed now). Please, check the pictures.

What we liked the most

  • There are paintings everywhere! They are all different styles and sizes, all beautiful and all giving the apartment the most unique atmosphere similar to being in a gallery.
  • The walls and floors are white giving the apartment a beautiful clean finish.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
  • There is a hair salon just across the road for when you need a new look.
  • You are located in the midst of the city with a lot of places to shop in the area.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no AC in this apartment so a portable unit or fan may be necessary in Summer.
  • There is no clothes dryer in the apartment so a rack may be necessary in order to dry washing.

  • Gran Via Metro station is located a 3-minute walk from the apartment and serves the metro lines 1 and 5.

Living in this gorgeous apartment would get awfully lonely if you were by yourself. But don't worry! Living here you will be sharing the apartment with 2 other people, one of whom is the live-in landlord. Your landlord is and artist in his 50's and a lot of his paintings will be adorning the walls of the apartment. Together you and your flatmates could check out the lively neighbourhood and visit bars, restaurants or museums together.
