What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Ático exterior en una séptima planta en la zona de Embajadores (Madrid), que está a dos estaciones de la Puerta del Sol y a 10 minutos andando a la estación de Atocha y museos. El Reina Sofía está a 10 minutos andando y el museo del Prado a 20 minutos, aunque se dispone de autobuses que te llevan( 27, 34) Habitación con baño incluido, de uso exclusivo para la persona que lo alquile. También puede compartir la cocina con lavavajillas, lavadora, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica y freidora de aire. Dicha cocina tiene un tendedero que va a dar a un patio interior. La casa tiene un salón y un estupenda terraza de 100 m2. que también son de uso compartido. Tenemos calefacción central en la finca, pero además la habitación tiene bomba de calor. Ésta dispone también de TV y wifi. La finca tiene dos ascensores y es del año 1983. De momento estamos viviendo mi madre, mi hermano y yo en la casa. Usaremos el otro baño del que dispone el piso. La persona estará a gusto porque respetamos el espacio, aunque puede compartir tiempo con nosotros si lo desea. Yo hablo inglés.
