When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Bills: € 60€ per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it. If you rent a 4-bedroom apartment, bills are 240€.
The depositis equivalent to one month’s rent plus the monthly bill amount and should be paid, along with the first month’s bills, prior to check-in
Admin Fee: is equivalent to one month’s rent and it is payable in cash at check-in.
Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)
Check-out: Monday to Sunday.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
