Nice apartment of 40m² in residential complex Puerta del Retiro, all exterior, very bright, overlooking the gardens. It has a spacious bedroom, bathroom, living room, fitted wardrobes, underfloor heating and heat pump, air conditioning, parquet floors.
Gated and guarded residential complex, located in a quiet area but very well connected, a few minutes from the metro station Conde de Casal and with easy access to the M-30.
The communal areas have gardens, walking areas, swimming pool (heated in winter), paddle tennis court, gymnasium, children's playground.
Underfloor heating, Air conditioning with heat pump and cold.

- Bills: € 60€ per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it. If you rent a 4-bedroom apartment, bills are 240€.
- The depositis equivalent to one month’s rent plus the monthly bill amount and should be paid, along with the first month’s bills, prior to check-in
- Admin Fee:is equivalent to one month’s rent and it is payable in cash at check-in.
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
