What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Chalet unifamilar situado en el barrio de Arroyo del Fresno, uno de los últimos barrios urbanizados en Madrid capital, lindando con Mirasierra. Es una zona tranquila, sin alta densidad demográfica, y completa en cuanto a servicios, infraestructuras y comunicaciones. Tiene en un radio cercano, como para poder ir andando en escasos minutos, supermercados, hospitales, centros culturales, centros deportivos, bancos, restaurantes, bares, parques, zonas de esparcimiento, etc. Mi casa dispone de habitaciones, todas exteriores, y espacios comunes amplios y luminosos. También dispongo de jardín privado y piscina.
Además de mis propias habitaciones y zonas privadas, dispongo de hasta 2 habitaciones individuales, ideales para estudiantes de distintas nacionalidades que puedan convivir en la misma casa disponiendo de su propia habitación individual. También dispongo para el uso de los estudiantes de 2 baños completos y un aseo. Por tanto, puedo dar alojamiento simultáneo hasta a 2 estudiantes en modalidad **media pensión** de forma inmediata.
Respecto a cómo está comunicada mi casa, dispone de línea de autobús 49 y Nocturno con parada junto a la puerta, y líneas 133 y 134 a escasos minutos andando. La línea 7 del Metro está junto a la puerta y la línea 9 está a 5 minutos andando. Las líneas de tren C7 y C8 están a 10 minutos caminando o también a 1 parada de Metro de la línea 7, con conexión rápida a las estaciones de tren de Chamartín y Atocha. En coche está a 5 minutos tanto de M30 (Av. Ilustración) como M40 (Ventisquero de la Condesa).
En metro se tardan 20 minutos a Ciudad Universitaria y colegios mayores, y 30 minutos a Argüelles y Moncloa.
El aeropuerto está a 15 minutos por M11 o R2 en coche y a 50 minutos en Metro.
A la estación de tren de Chamartín se llega en 20 minutos en Metro o en Cercanías, y a Atocha en 40 minutos en Metro.
Ofrezco una casa amplia, relajada y tranquila con salón y cocina, 2 habitaciones unipersonales exteriores y amplias (que pueden ser usadas por dos estudiantes si se requiriera) con armario, mesa de estudio, silla y estantería. También dispongo de una tercera habitación unipersonal algo más pequeña con las mismas características de las dos anteriores. Dispongo para el uso exclusivo de los estudiantes de 2 baños completos y un aseo.
