Se alquila vivienda de 50 m2, recién reformada y amueblada, en planta 5 de edificio de 5 plantas, con ascensor y servicio de portería. Dormitorios con cama de 130 y 110 cm., todos con canapé para almacenamiento. La cocina dispone de lavavajillas lavadora, frigo, vitrocerámica y microondas, así como todos los enseres. El baño es muy acogedor. El salón dispone de un sofá-cama. Todas las habitaciones y salon con ventanas de doble cristal.

Distributed in 60m2, it includes 3 bedrooms with desk, armchair and desk lighting, living room with sofa bed and air conditioning, kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and utensils and bathroom.. One of the rooms with bed of 135cm and two of them of 105cm. In the vicinity of Lidl, Carrefour, Corte Ingles, Mercadona, La Sirena... in Chamberí neighborhood, near the traditional neighborhood of Malasaña.
