If you want to live centrally, we may have just the right apartment for you. Located on Calle Atocha, right in the heart of Madrid, you'll live where everything is happening. This three bedroom exterior apartment is available for rent as a whole - it is fully furnished and consists of a spacious living and dining area, an exterior balcony, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. All utility bills are included in the rent and you will be able to enjoy a fantastic view from the balcony. You'll be just moments away from Puerta del Sol, one of the most vibrant spots in Madrid! The apartment is surrounded by plenty of restaurants as well as stores where you can do your grocery shopping. The area of the apartment is 115m2.
What we liked the most
- We really love this apartment! It has a big mirror in the hallway, perfect to make sure you look in your top shape before you leave the front door.
- All utility bills are included in the rent so you'll be able to have a stress-free stay in Madrid.
- There are bright colors all around the apartment - from yellow, blue, and green - this gives it a nice friendly atmosphere.
- The living room is very spacious and colorful with plenty of sofas and chairs and a dining area where you can enjoy delicious meals.
- You'll have access to a balcony which has an incredible view of Iglesia Santa Cruz located just opposite the flat.
- This apartment is centrally located and on one of the main roads - you will be very close to many attractions.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't an oven in the kitchen.
- The apartment has two bathrooms, one only with a toilet and the other one has a bathtub with a shower.
