A comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom exterior apartment for rent, located on San Fernando del Jarama street in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Prosperidad. This apartment has a great location and is perfect for Master students, 2 minutes away from the Intercambiador Avenida de America, a main transport hub providing access to several metro and bus lines. The total floor area is 65 m². This is a perfect location for IE Business School students due to its proximity to the IE Business School campus.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very well presented, with nice parquet floors and equipped with modern furniture.
- You will enter the apartment via a sunny open plan kitchen and living area, furnished with a sofa-bed, a dining table and a flat screen TV.
- There is a nice balcony overlooking the street.
- Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own independent key.
- There are individual electric heaters available, and a ceiling fan in the living area.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small, but modern and well equipped including an oven, a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
